After their small stall in Escolta was burnt to the ground during WWII, the couple relocated to Rizal Avenue.
The store was later ravaged by a typhoon, but they persevered and prospered amidst adversity.
Our founders, Socorro Cancio-Ramos and Jose Ramos, embodied perseverance, hard work, and powerful leadership.
