The seventh edition of the LET Reviewer is an effort to update and adapt it to the new Teacher Education Curriculum brought about by CHED Memorandum Order No. 74 s. 2017 or the Policies, Standards and Guidelines for Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), CHED Memorandum Order No. 75 s. 2017 or the Policies, Standards and Guidelines for Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), and the Board for Professional Teachers Resolution No. 11, s. 2022 issued by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) mandating a new Table of Specification (TOS) for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

This edition, like the previous ones still aims to provide prospective Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) examinees lecture notes in all the subjects in the General and Professional Education compo­nents covered by the LEPT in a capsulized form. Unlike most of the reviewers available today, it does not only provide sample test questions and answers, but it also gives students a com­prehensive but succinct overview of the topics and subject matters which are supposed to be taken by every student en­rolled in the Teacher Education program during his/her under­graduate years. The lecture notes as well as the sample exami­nation questions contained in this book are based on the table of specifications/syllabus provided by the Board for Profes­sional Teachers which prepares, administers, and evaluates the LEPT under the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), and taken from different sources which appear in the Bibliography.

Moreover, this work also contains invaluable materials, articles and tips like the list of behavioural objectives, sample lesson plans, teaching techniques, laws on education and the teaching profession and lectures on Understanding by Design (UBD) and Outcomes Based Education (OBE) and other topics which the neophyte mentor could use in his/her day-to-day activities in and out of the classroom.

It is hoped that the LET examinees will find this work beneficial not only during their preparations for the Licensure Examination, but also in their career as professional teachers and most of all in their unending quest for quality and excel­lence in education.
