This book, Mathematics in the Modern World, highlights the nature of mathematics. It is intended to develop students' sense of appreciation of the practical, intellectual and authentic dimensions of mathematics and students' skills in applying mathematical tools in daily life. It has lessons that deal with the rudiments of mathematics and their application in real life situations. It makes use of the interdisciplinary approach.
