At The Turn Of The 20Th Century, Formal Education Started. The School System Back Then Started As A Monograde School. However, As The Population Increased, Students Were Grouped By Grade Level. Nevertheless, In Some Areas Of The World, The Multigrade System Is Still In Place As The Student Population Is Not Enough To Complete A Monograde Class. A Multigrade Class Consists Of Two Or Three Grade Levels Being Taught By One Teacher.
